Tim Wightman

Tim has dedicate his life to public service. He recently retired after 27 years of Government Service. Tim is a combat veteran who has served his country through two tours in Iraq for over 10 years. After returning from combat duty, he returned to the University of Iowa as a nontraditional student veteran. In 2003, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

After graduating, he continued serving his country as a public servant, spending 10 years as an Examination Technician in the Large Business of the IRS and 7 years as an administrator in the Small Business Administration-Office of Inspector General.

He is an experienced Program Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Tim is skilled in nonprofit management, event management, organizational leadership, management, and leadership.

Tim lives in Washington State, and is passionate about fratenities, men’s mental health, and voting.
